Corbin saddle installs like stock and integrates with the Ducati key lock system. Brackets come premounted on the Corbin seat.

We designed our seat for the best ergonomics and to place the rider in the sweet spot of the bike. This saddle does have a taller seat height than the Ducati Low seat models.
This seat was designed to work with the passenger backrest as shown and extends past the bodywork. Plastic cover transfers from the original seat onto the Corbin model.

Corbin saddles (with very few exceptions) include Genuine Leather Seating to provide a luxurious look and feel.

Naturally, we set out to design a seat to fit the bike visually as well as improving the quality of your ride. Our high density Comfort Cell foam allows a sleek, low profile while providing a firm supportive ride that lasts. Rider seating is ergonomically shaped to fit the curve of your body and provide better weight distribution and eliminate the “hammock” shape of the stock seat that pinches in all the wrong places. This also helps to eliminate the centralized pressure felt from the stock seat.

We’ve designed the seating position on the XDiavel seat to move the rider into the sweet spot on the bike and relieve the cramped seat to peg ergos. This provides longer riding range without fatigue. Seat height is between the stock Ducati seat and their “Tall” seat version which gives us the ability to neutralize the seating platform. In the nose area, we sculpt the saddle to allow for good ground reach.

Passenger seating area is designed with a neutralized platform to curb sliding forward in the saddle. This gives your passenger good short to mid-range comfort with a very clean look at the rear of the saddle. Custom cover pattern allows for a real personal touch to this model.

Notice how close the Corbin saddle fits to the tank and chassis… this kind of fit comes only from a Corbin saddle and our unique Fibertech basepan. Our rigid base material not only fits perfect to the bike, but provides a firm foundation to support the carefully designed foam shape. Corbin’s ergonomic shaping creates a visually pleasing look on the motorcycle and adds to the custom appeal.

On top, we include genuine leather seating panels for a luxurious ride. Shown here we used Black Carbon-Fiber leather seating with Carbonium side panels, Matte Black rear trim and Ninja Red welts. For a nice custom touch, we’ve added an Italian Moto-Sport emblem on the side as well.

We use genuine leather seating in all of our saddle models because it breathes with your body and will conform along with the foam shape during break in. This provides an added bit of luxury on those long rides. In the side panels, we use a coordinating vinyl material that will support the foam shape and keep the saddle looking sharp longer. Be sure to care for you leather saddle properly with a quality conditioner like our Saddle Cream. This will help the leather to remain supple and weather resistant while it matures gracefully.

NOTE: This saddle may fit later models, but Ducati no longer provides the passenger backrest. Therefore saddle will appear with a gap.

ERGONOMIC SHAPING: A major part of the design criteria of the Corbin saddle is the Ergonomic shape. This means the saddle’s foam shape is designed to emulate the curves of the human body. This provides more square inches of body contact and helps to eliminate hot spots. This shaping also neutralizes the seating platform to help curb sliding in the saddle which reduces fatigue.
